Shipping Policy

Floof Fibre offers worldwide shipping with Royal Mail. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your choice of courier.

All order will be dispatched Monday – Frida, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking number for your order via email.

Domestic Delivery

Orders send via Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2-3 working days of your order being dispatched. All orders have tracking number which you will receive via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and have a flat rate of £10.00.

Orders placed within Europe usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

Orders placed within United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World orders usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

Customs and extra fees

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes, duties and customer charges and extra fees charges by the courier company at destination. This also applies to free shipping orders. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customer process might incur further delays.
